Hotel Norm. AO, the third hotel in the series, has had its grand opening.
In this milestone year, we sent out invitations for free stays to the three winners of our "Giving Back Program 2023," which was held last summer.
What is the "Giving Back Program"?
To ensure there is no gap between what hotel norm. aims for and what our guests expect from hotel norm., we conduct an annual survey about our facilities. As a token of our gratitude, we are giving away free stays at hotel norm. group facilities to selected guests whose survey responses have been helpful in improving our hotel services or introducing new services! In the 2023 survey, we were fortunate to receive responses from over 120 people.
Regarding the next implementation
The "Giving Back Program 2024" will be announced in December via Instagram, email newsletter, and official LINE account.
